To complete the incorporation of your company, you need to prepare the following documentation:

  • Passport Copy:

You must attach a copy of the passport of the director(s) and the company's shareholder(s).

  • Proof of Address:

Include a utility bill from your current country of residence or a bank statement in the name of the director, no more than 2 months old, as proof of address.

Using a company as the owner:

If you want an existing company to act as a partner, owner, or parent company of the new company you are incorporating, you will need to prepare the following documentation:

  1. Copy of Company Registration
    Provide a copy of the official company registration confirming that it is duly incorporated and active.
  2. Identification of Representatives:
    Include copies of the passports or identification documents of the directors or legal representatives of the owning company. This is to ensure that individuals acting on behalf of the company are properly identified.
  3. Proof of Address:
    Please attach a utility bill or bank statement in the name of the company owner, no more than 3 months old. This document will serve as proof of the company's address.
  4. Appointment Document:
    Provide a document or document that identifies the authorized representatives who can act on behalf of the owning company in connection with the new addition. This ensures that the individuals signing the documents are the correct ones.
  5. Certificate of Good Standing:
    Depending on the jurisdiction, a certificate confirming that the company is in good standing, with no debts or legal issues, may be required.
